What comes to your mind when you hear the word rejection?

I’ve been rejected PLENTY of times!!! Not many people know how to handle rejection. Hearing “No”, “Nah”, “I’m, going to go with another person”, “I can’t afford your rate right now”  etc sometimes can be a bunch of bullshit.

But we are not going to be negative, we are going to keep this as a positive lesson.

I get hit with No’s all the time but what I do to make me keep moving forward is, to level up and still continue to work as if I am already working with a full list of clients. You should never give up when someone declines your services. You just aren't meant for them and your vision is for someone better that will need you. 

My first year of business taught me so much on how to not mix personal with business feelings. You should always stay positive and not let anyone steal your shine. The moment you think negatively and get upset, you are wasting valuable time on figuring out why they didn't choose you. 

You should always choose yourself and level up!!!

Rejection can be the key to starting/opening a new idea. We have to take it as a lesson and challenge ourselves.

So on that note KEEP MOVING FORWARD and thank those people that rejected you. Because sometime in the future, they might need you
