HUMBLE

Happy Saturday beauties! And WELCOME to BossTalksWithA if you are new here don't forget to subscribe.

I want to talk about being humble as an entrepreneur.

Humble is being  "modest; without an excess of pride.

Humility plays a very huge important role in an entrepreneur's life.

A selfless person is one who puts the needs of others ahead of theirs and is always prepared to help someone even at a cost to themselves.

A humble person, is someone who has it all and is well off but doesn't act like a snob about it. Instead, they're practical and, unless they told you, you wouldn't even know that they're as well off as they are.

Your behavior is what many people view and look at a business/brand. Being humble can take you a long way. When first starting in your business, entrepreneurs show a side where they are kind, gentle, and grateful for everything that they are doing. When all of the blessings are rolling in.

When your business is growing and moving to the next level, some people start to feel that they don't have to be a certain way because they are at the top. Attitudes start to change, the money is flowing in, you feel different, everything around you is just changing. Now, I'm not saying you can't brag differently but you should always remember how you started and the reason why you wanted to have your own business.

To be successful, you must remain humble. Always remind yourself of why you started, why you kept going, and why you are so damn good at what you do. Write it down in your favorite notebook, if you are not the old fashion type go into your notes app on your phone and write a message to yourself so you can generally go back and look at that message whenever you need to remind yourself.

There are times when you can be selfless. (Self-care is important love)

I have witnessed firsthand some talented entrepreneurs get a bad reputation from how they treated others and just showed a completely different person. Many people will stop working with business owners if they experience any type of rudeness. Especially in today's world, you can be canceled immediately.
I just want you all to remember why you started a business in the first place and to always be kind. You just never know who you might cross paths with. Like I said before, y'all be blocking y'all blessings wanting to be the bad girl/fellow.

Here are some quotes to uplift you and remind you on why being humble is important.

"Admit when you're wrong; shut up when you're right." —John Gottman, Ph.D.

"Humility is slow to judge others but quick to correct itself."- Anonymous

"Sometimes you don't see the best path until you've strayed from it."- Anonymous

Hello, beauties!

I hope you all are doing AMAZING!!!

WELCOME to BossTalksWithA if you are new here don't forget to subscribe.

I want to apologize for my absence, it has been a busy/weird time for me.

Let's talk about cliques in the entrepreneur world.

What is a clique?

Clique
A clique is an exclusive circle of people joined by a common purpose.

But sometimes their common purpose isn't so genuine.

In the entrepreneur world, many people give back and do community work.
I have noticed how some people who think the word community just means staying within a clique and acting like the mean girls.

I want to bring this to people's attention because I want to share with them that it is okay to open up and teach those that are struggling. I see plenty of "cliques" that are always ranting about saying "as a community we do this and that", but are only in it for themselves.

Community is being welcomed by your neighbors and everyone comes together. Why is it so hard to work with people that you do not know and about the industry that they are working for? I tell you, people love blocking their blessings.

I'm not saying that you can't be in a clique, because everyone has people they rock with, but when it comes to teaching and sharing knowledge, why does it have to be recycled within a group that is already at the top?

Tip*
IT IS OKAY TO HELP OTHERS AND SHARE KNOWLEDGE

You don't have to be best friends but at least work with new people. Invite people into your groups (but be careful), you all can learn from one another!

What's the worst that can happen?
