Glad to bless all my readers with new blog posts. I missed writing to you all and discussing what the hell has been going on. I learned how-to content and organize social media. Being organized is my favorite skill to do when working for myself and my client. I love google and all of their free products, they keep my life in order, and together.
As business owners, we LOVE to save a coin. Google Docs/Excel saves all of your work in the drive where you can easily share and have access to it on the go.
So let’s get into how to content coordinate like a boss
Step One: Canva and Photoshop (well the one I use is Photopea)
SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT
Both are free. For Canva if you want to get more resources you can pay for the PRO version. Photoshop is a good business investment but if you are on a budget like your girl. Photopea is a FREE version that works just the same as Photoshop and gets the work done.
Step Two: Write down what topics you want to discuss for the month(s) Once everything is written down you can get into your creative bag
Step Three: This is something that many people do not know about. But if you are not a good caption writer, here are the resources that help me with that task. Copy.ai is your go-to. Write out all of your captions once you have your batched content for what you would like to post for that month.
Step Four: CREATE, make sure to have your brand colors, brand fonts, and your logo to add to your content. Creating templates is EASY but if you are someone who doesn't have the time, my client ThePluganista has templates where you can go and customize to your brand.

Step Six: LATER, make the account! Schedule up to a year keeps you organized. TRUST ME!
